In order to promote the renovation of unmanned pumping stations, in 2016, Changchun Heating Group rebuilt 12 patrol station heat exchange stations on the basis of the existing unmanned pumping stations, which are divided into three water plants - Poly I-II line, municipal government - Evergrande-26 middle line, civil aviation - Changxin - Guoshang line, and power transmission and transformation - Renhe - Xinjing line. There are four lines in total, each with three heat exchange stations.
To facilitate the management of station patrol heat exchange stations, patrol rods were purchased and patrol points were installed near the heat metering meter of the heat exchange station. When the patrol personnel arrived at the heat exchange station, they scanned the patrol points with the patrol rods, and the data was recorded in the patrol rods, indicating that during this period, patrol personnel came to the station for inspection. Every week, the station managers of each central station returned the patrol rods to the company. After connecting the data cable, the data from the patrol rods can be extracted into the computer, Easy to understand the inspection situation of each station.
This set of patrol equipment is not only used in various pump stations, but also installed in important production and operation sites such as boiler rooms, blower and induced draft fan rooms, and water pump rooms. The duty personnel of the boiler team, electrician team, and machine repair team also need to clock in at designated points when inspecting the equipment to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of equipment inspection, to avoid missing the inspection location, and to make the duty work more organized and standardized.
The installation of patrol points and the use of patrol sticks have simplified the original signature style operation method, saved time, and also avoided the occurrence of missed and re signed events.
